How to request deletion
- Email us from the address registered to your Dandy Kids parent account.
- Use the subject Dandy Kids Account Deletion Request.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
You can also start this request inside the app from Settings → Delete Account.
Data that will be deleted
- Your parent account and sign-in information
- Child profiles associated with your account
- Worksheets, uploaded handwriting photos, submissions, and analysis results
- Progress, rewards, streaks, and other app activity associated with the account
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We process verified requests within 30 days.
Subscriptions and limited retention
Deleting your Dandy Kids account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your store account settings to prevent future renewal.
We may retain only information required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-record obligations. App Store and Google Play purchase records are controlled by the relevant store.
