• Parent account: Email address, full name, and password (encrypted)
• Child profiles: First name, age, grade level, and preferred language

Usage Data

• Worksheets generated and completed
• Submission photos (handwriting samples uploaded for analysis)
• Analysis results and scores
• Progress and gamification data (stars, coins, streaks)

What We Do NOT Collect

• Location data
• Contact lists or address books
• Device identifiers for advertising
• Browsing history
• Any data from other apps

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Provide handwriting analysis and educational feedback
• Generate personalized worksheets
• Track learning progress for parents
• Manage gamification rewards (stars, coins, badges)
• Send password reset codes when requested
• Improve our AI analysis accuracy

4. Children's Privacy

We take children's privacy very seriously:

• Only parents can create accounts and manage child profiles
• Children cannot independently create accounts or share personal information
• We do not display advertisements to children
• We do not share children's data with third parties
• Handwriting photos are used only for analysis and are stored securely
• Parents have full control over their children's data and can request deletion at any time

5. Photo & Image Handling

When a child's handwriting is photographed and uploaded:

• Photos are transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption
• Photos are stored on our secure servers for analysis purposes
• Photos are associated with the child's profile for progress tracking
• Parents can request deletion of all photos at any time
• We do not use photos for any purpose other than handwriting analysis

6. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on secure servers with encryption
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard BCrypt
• API communications are protected with JWT authentication
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• AI Services: For handwriting analysis and worksheet generation (data is processed securely)

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

• In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• We do not collect or store payment card information
• Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID settings

9. Data Retention & Deletion

• Account data is retained while the account is active
• Parents can request complete account and data deletion by contacting us
• Upon account deletion, all associated data including child profiles, worksheets, submissions, and analysis results will be permanently removed

10. Your Rights

As a parent, you have the right to:

• Access your and your child's data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Export your data

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
