Please read these terms carefully before using Dandy Kids.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dandy Kids mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

If you are a parent or guardian, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child(ren) who use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dandy Kids is an educational mobile application designed to help children (ages 5–12) improve their handwriting in Arabic and English. The App provides:

  • Printable worksheet generation (PDF)
  • Photo-based handwriting submission and analysis
  • AI-powered feedback on text accuracy, grammar, and handwriting quality
  • Progress tracking and rewards system

3. Account Registration

To use the App, a parent or guardian must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Only parents or guardians may create accounts. Children use the App under parental supervision through child profiles managed by the parent account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Dandy Kids offers both free and premium features:

Free Tier: Limited worksheet generation and basic features.

Premium Subscription: Unlimited worksheets, AI-powered handwriting analysis, detailed progress reports, and full access to all features.

  • Premium subscriptions are available as monthly or annual plans
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended educational purposes. You may not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the App in any way that could harm or exploit children

6. User Content

When you upload photos of handwriting through the App:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a limited license to process and analyze the content for the purpose of providing our services
  • Photos are used solely for handwriting analysis and are stored securely
  • We do not share user-uploaded content with third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, worksheets, and software — are owned by Dandy Kids and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Worksheets generated by the App are for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

8. Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable children's privacy laws including COPPA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect children's data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-powered analysis results will be 100% accurate.

The App is designed as a supplementary educational tool and should not replace professional educational instruction.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dandy Kids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through the App Store.

12. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
